This is by far one of my favorite projects. We developed this campaign for Co.de's recruitment process. When brainstorming ideas, we asked ourselves, "What kind of members do we want to join the team?". We chose "Absurd" as a theme to invoke creativity and out-of-the-box thinking when conceptualizing the campaign. I believe absurdity is essential in the creative process—nothing new comes from the usual. By embracing the absurd, we step outside the constraints of normality and open the door to truly original ideas.

At the time, Co.de was made up of five areas:

- Agency, which functioned as a traditional advertising agency.
- Fashion, responsible for costumes, uniforms, and any fashion-related demands.
- Photography, which handled campaign photography.
- Video, which produced video content for the agency.
- Digital, the area I was part of, mainly responsible for internal demands like social media, as well as website development, 3D, and illustration requests from the agency.

So, what could be more absurd than little monsters misusing each Co.de area’s tools in the most nonsensical way?

- For Photography, the little monster is using a ring light as a hula hoop.
- For Video, the monster is eating a baited CD.
- For Agency, the monster is wearing the color palette like a peacock.
- For Fashion, the monster is stylishly walking around in socks and glasses.
- For Digital, the monster is flying around on a stylus.
